Toni Hackett Antrum

Founder of The Hackett Group, Toni began her long and distinguished career in investment in 1981. A graduate with honors from Harvard College and with an MBA from Columbia University, Toni co-founded Washington Hackett, Smith & Company in 1988, the first minority pension consulting firm in the country. She and her team served public pension funds across the country with assets totaling over $150 billion, and became well-known for the educational programs they sponsored, for plan managers, fiduciaries and public officials. Toni is an MSRB-Registered Municipal Advisor. She believes in giving back through civic engagement, and serves on numerous public boards in the New Orleans area. She is also an adjunct professor at Southern University in New Orleans and Dillard University, teaching finance, investments and entrepreneurship. Toni and her family live in New Orleans.

Chris joined The Hackett Group in 2013, bringing 25 years of institutional investment experience with a focus on Public Pension plans. With The Hackett Group and with previous teams, Chris has led performance reviews for numerous state pension and retirement systems valued at up to $40 billion. He is the author of "Kentucky Fried Pensions" (a best-selling book on public pensions), many articles in the Financial Analysts Journal and other professional publications, and has written a column for the Wall Street Journal "Marketwatch." He earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington, and his undergraduate degree in Economics from Tulane University. Chris has served as President of the CFA Society of Louisville, and has taught investments as an adjunct professor at the University of Louisville. He resides in Louisville with his family.
Lori McKnight, CFA

Lori has more than 20 years of public and private equity institutional investment management experience. Before becoming a consultant in 2012, she spent more than 15 years with the 4th largest public pension plan in the United States, mostly serving as Compliance Officer. She led the implementation of compliance and oversight frameworks that continue to be used today. She has also served as an expert witness for equity investment class action cases. For the past three years, Lori has served as Director of Advocacy for the CFA Society Jacksonville. Lori graduated from Indiana University, earned an MBA from Florida State University, and now resides in Tallahassee, FL.
We partner with Wilshire Analytics for complete back office support for our clients in the areas of performance measurement and risk measurement. Wilshire's TUCS (Trust Universe Comparison Services ) provides objective information based on over 800 plans, with $2.81 trillion in assets in total.
