With our Reconstruction Fund I, we’re dedicated to promoting economic growth for Black businesses in the South and Black Belt Region. Our private equity impact investment fund provides patient capital, giving these entrepreneurs the resources and time needed to achieve sustainable success.

Unlike a traditional investment fund, which only seeks to maximize financial returns for its investors, impact funds strive to deliver risk-adjusted returns while creating positive social, economic, or environmental impacts based on a set of defined objectives.
